Our History

Catalina 22 Fleet 4 is based in Sacramento, California, with members throughout the greater metro area and beyond. Our home waters are Folsom Lake, nestled in beautiful Folsom, California.

Fleet 4 was officially chartered on June 14, 1972, by the Catalina 22 National Sailing Association. From the beginning, our mission has been to promote family cruising, one-design racing, seamanship skills, and the pure enjoyment of sailing—and we’re proud to say we’ve succeeded on all fronts!
